Do I need to be a Loadit customer to use TMS?
No. Loadit TMS works for any fleet, anywhere, whether or not you use Loadit for deliveries. The marketplace is optional and strict assessment and training has to be undergone.
How long does setup take?
Most customers are live on day one. We configure your account and add your drivers. You don't need a tech team.
What phones does the driver app work on?
Any Android smartphone running Android 8 or later. No special hardware required.
Is there a contract?
No, the Loadit Transport Management System is month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
What if I need more trucks during a busy period?
Book a Loadit bakkie or truck directly through TMS. Available within 60 minutes in our service areas, exactly the same as any Loadit booking.
Can my drivers earn extra income through Loadit?
Yes. During quiet periods, your drivers can take Loadit jobs through the driver app. Extra income for them or additional revenue for you. This only applies to the regions where Loadit offers the service.
